Rocket Yoga is a dynamic, creative, and energetic style of yoga derived from Ashtanga Yoga. It was developed by Larry Schultz in the 1980s with the goal of making the traditional method more accessible and less rigid.
It allows for freer and more varied sequences that combine classic postures with dynamic transitions, including balances, inversions, and fluid movements. This helps develop strength, flexibility, and balance while encouraging creativity and adaptation to each person’s level.
Working with fluid movements and continuous transitions helps better connect the body and make it more efficient in each posture.
Thanks to its dynamic sequences that combine challenging postures with smooth transitions, you improve flexibility and balance by incorporating deep stretches along with body control postures and inversions.
As an active and creative practice, it challenges both the body and the mind.

Anything that allows you to move comfortably and gives you a good range of motion.
During every session, there are different options so that everyone can find the pose
and position that suits them best so you are free to attend any of the classes offered.
Yoga is a personal practice and during each session you are free to move however
you prefer.
We recommend that you attend the Hatha session as they are slower,
which means you will be able to understand and process the poses at your own pace
and with full awareness.
We have everything you need at the studio.
If you have your own mat and want to use that, you are obviously free to bring your
equipment from home to use during the session.
We always ask you to arrive a few minutes early so we can start the session on time
without any delays. Despite this, we understand that sometimes things go wrong so
we can wait for you for five minutes.
Please call us as soon as possible to let us know how long you will be so we can
either wait or leave the door open so you can arrive later. Please enter as quietly as
possible so as not to interrupt the session.
We always ask you to speak to your doctor and ask for their opinion before
attending a session. If you get the go ahead, we recommend you write to your
instructor or tell them, before the session, all the medical indications you have been
given. And, above all, so they can adapt the practice to your needs.
If you are pregnant, we strongly recommend the yoga classes for pregnant women
since they are designed for your body and the instructor will give clear instructions
so you can enjoy a safe and relaxed session.
There are areas for you to leave your belongings in the studio.
Yes! You can park on the same street as the studio; if there are no spaces there,
