Hatha is a basic, gentle, slow and relaxes style of yoga.
Awareness of each movement and breath is important to be able to achieve balance and connect.
Hatha sessions combine asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing) and dhyana (meditation).
As this is a slow style of yoga, during which we breathe for a certain amount of time in each asana, we help the body to relax and thus improve flexibility and body awareness.
If you are thinking of starting to do yoga, hatha may be a good option since it involves maintaining poses for long enough to get to know and understand each of them.
All hatha sessions begin with a short meditation period. If you have never tried this or are curious, you’ll get a brief introduction to meditation during these classes.
Hatha yoga classes are calm. They focus on good body alignment and inner balance.

and with full awareness.
We have everything you need at the studio.
If you have your own mat and want to use that, you are obviously free to bring your
equipment from home to use during the session.
We always ask you to arrive a few minutes early so we can start the session on time
without any delays. Despite this, we understand that sometimes things go wrong so
we can wait for you for five minutes.
Please call us as soon as possible to let us know how long you will be so we can
either wait or leave the door open so you can arrive later. Please enter as quietly as
possible so as not to interrupt the session.
We always ask you to speak to your doctor and ask for their opinion before
attending a session. If you get the go ahead, we recommend you write to your
instructor or tell them, before the session, all the medical indications you have been
given. And, above all, so they can adapt the practice to your needs.
If you are pregnant, we strongly recommend the yoga classes for pregnant women
since they are designed for your body and the instructor will give clear instructions
so you can enjoy a safe and relaxed session.
There are areas for you to leave your belongings in the studio.
